Returns & Quality Assurance

Because most LevelUp Apparel Co. products are custom decorated (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, or other personalization), all sales are final once production begins. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a defect or decoration error, we will issue store credit for the affected item(s).

Qualifying issues may include:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective or damaged garment

  • Major embroidery or print defects

  • Decoration placed significantly off-center

  • Incorrect logo or artwork applied

Store credit will be issued equal to the purchase price of the affected item(s).

How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Situations

Store credit will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Minor color or placement variations

  • Customer-approved artwork or design selections
